It has been proven that this problem can be partially overcome by implementing constructability, which is based on the. Integration of construction knowledge into design (as it was done in the past). The Implementation of constructability is not easy because it represents a change in the way things have been done in the last century. Prior research has found a lack of constructability & Project Risk Management efforts among participants in the construction industry and builders can play an important role in implementing constructability (Specifically), this thesis study analyses constructability & formalizes a theoretical model of constructability in Saipem and also verifies the output that should be inserted in a model of risk management in construction (Integrated model of Constructability & Project Risk Management). Constructability & Project Risk Management are the most important objectives in the whole phases of a construction project, and experts with knowledge and experience play an important role in achieving superior constructability & Project Risk Management. Analysis of both these processes will help to eliminate hidden costs and change orders, ensure schedule, improve construction quality and enhance safety in construction project. To understand the concept of “Constructability & Project Risk Management’’ and its applications in an industry. There should be some back ground information on the extent that constructability & Project Risk Management as a concept has been used in the past, outlining current practices, discussing some of the elements that have to be considered in the Integrated(Constructability & PRM) program & it should emphasize the importance of starting the constructability & PRM’s efforts at the earlier stages of the project to maximize potential benefits. Recently, constructability & PRM has received considerable attention from researchers and practicing engineers. The concept of constructability & PRM is to use construction knowledge, Risk Analysis and experience during all phases of a project, particularly in the earliest phases of planning and design. It facilitates project objectives before delivery stage, and decreases unnecessary costs during construction phase.
