How a country under unusual situation (sanction) can supply Strategic material & components of up-stream industry of O&G. After well studying and dividing main categories of Materials/Components used in upstream section of O&G industry, Kraljik method helps us to define the most “Strategic items”. For these, and under unusual circumstances such as sanction, common methods of supply won’t be much practical. Generating an alliance between buyer and seller would be a practical and assured way to supply such important components. This alliance, is applicable in 3 levels of Macro (between countries), Mezzo (between main holdings and Main-Contractors), and Micro (between the buying and selling company, Sub-Contractors).In this research, a proposal for each level have been included.
