Abstract
Machining with utrashort pulses represents the future of laser micromachining due to the minimum heat affected zone and the low quantity of recast on the material. In the last ten years, articles regarding laser machining with ultrashort pulses had a remarkable increase. It has been observed that the best characteristics of the processed material are obtained by working near the ablation threshold, the determination of which becomes fundamental to work in a precise manner. In this work we want to analyze the interaction between the beam of a new industrial picosecond UV laser and new materials with applications in the electronic field.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
