The project exposed faces the difficult and increasingly topical issue of recovery of the heritage of housing applied to the case of the Milanese district Lorenteggio: the objective is to undertake a process of architecture through the reuse and revitalization of a portion of real City, the daughter of the industrial age and now excluded from the dynamics of contemporary life. The design process starts with an analysis depth of the subject of the intervention, or the neighborhood, exploring the critical issues / problems that both the potential and invest in strategies to take initiation in order to continue a real project for the built , avoiding the practice of cancellation and simplistic reconstruction ex-novo unable to give a concrete response against thousands of people who are genuine partners in this transformation. Just Architecture, acceptation multidisciplinary of matter itself, takes care of different problems (social, architectural and urban planning and energy-financial) by performing an opening of the introversion of the district, capable of binding to its spatial context through the construction of a ground attack to replace the existing fences and the consequent gradual spatial hierarchy of generating different passages of life in the contemporary city and supported by timely densification in the urban hubs axle carrier capable of binding to the large district scale. The necessary mutation of the conceptual principle of social housing in war-era due to increased attention to the spatial qualities of the Housing Social ushers in a new issue: that of Social Work-Housing whereby disadvantaged and vulnerable populations to ensure not only a suitable accommodation but at the same time the possibility of redemption of their social status by means of integrated working places of residence, where to start small-scale activities investigated in a deep socio-economic survey of the case from Milan. Finally, the architectural design of the neighborhood Lorenteggio aims to show how the importance of a thorough understanding of the needs of the subject on which you operate is essential in order to give a concrete and coherent, capable of being the nucleus of a much broader transformation but surely nodal , whose main focus should be placed on users, and real target of the intervention before vital resource that can make feasible the strategy of reintegration in the city and its dynamics of life.

Abstract
Finally, the architectural design of the neighborhood Lorenteggio aims to show how the importance of a thorough understanding of the needs of the subject on which you operate is essential in order to give a concrete and coherent, capable of being the nucleus of a much broader transformation but surely nodal , whose main focus should be placed on users, and real target of the intervention before vital resource that can make feasible the strategy of reintegration in the city and its dynamics of life.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
