Rating delle reti d'impresa

The thesis deals with the topic of the Contratto di rete (Network contract), instituted in Italy with law no.33/2009 and changed after with law no.122/2010. The work consists of an empirical analysis on the characteristics of enterprise networks according to the Network contract, with special attention to those features that are predictive of its stability. The work is structured in three parts: 1. Study of the role of enterprise networks in the economy, with a focus on the Network contract; 2. Empirical analysis of the Network contracts concluded in Italy; 3. Definition of a rating model for enterprise networks.

La tesi tratta il tema del Contratto di rete, istituito con la legge n.33/2009 e successivamente modificata con la legge n.122/2010. Il lavoro è un’indagine empirica sulle caratteristiche delle reti d’impresa secondo il Contratto di rete, con un’attenzione particolare alle caratteristiche di rete che sono predittive della sua stabilità. Il lavoro è strutturato in tre macro-parti: 1. Analisi del ruolo delle reti d’imprese nell’economia, con un focus sul Contratto di rete; 2. Analisi empirica dei Contratti di rete stipulati; 3. Definizione di un modello di rating delle reti d’impresa.
