Management complexity model applicato a prodotti dell'arredamento

In this paper, we want to analyze products that are designed, developed and commercialized within a policy of standardization in order to reduce costs in business and at the same time, can succeed in the market. Therefore, we studied theories and models that are based on or using these concepts. The model selected is the Complexity Management in order to apply one of its variants to the products tested in furnishing (a desk and two office chair). This model, which will be explained in detail in a further chapter, in turn, is based on models and concepts that have a connection with what has been mentioned above, which is also explained briefly in the next chapter. These models are: - Quality Function Deployment (QFD) - Target Costing - Design for Variety - Design for Configuration - Product Modularization - Modular Function Deployment - Product Platforms - Variant Mode and Effects Analysis - Variety Reduction Program

In questo lavoro si vogliono analizzare dei prodotti che sono disegnati, sviluppati e commercializzati all´interno di una politica di standardizzazione con il fine di ridurre i costi nelle aziende e che allo stesso tempo, possano ottenere dei successi nel mercato. Pertanto si è indagato in teorie e modelli che si basano o usano questi concetti. Il modello che è stato selezionato è il Complexity Management Model in modo da applicare una delle sue varianti ai prodotti analizzati che sono nell’ambito dell´arredamento (una scrivania e due sedie da ufficio). Questo modello, che si spiegherà in un capitolo con dettaglio, a sua volta si basa su altri modelli e concetti che hanno una connessione con quello citato precedentemente, che anche si spiegheranno brevemente nel capitolo prossimo.
