Mobile Content Market is becoming global and it is growing up really fast. Turkish market is one of the most interesting market in Europe with the young population and high-customer interests on value added services. The mobile content sector has started in Turkey in the early 2002, with the start-up of Turkish local companies, and boomed after 2004, with the entry of foreign players to the market. With the introductory of 3G services in 2009, the market has been enriched with more featured services. Whereas, market is still suffering like the strict regulations of operators and high taxes on Mobile VAS services which did not let a real growth that other emerging markets had and are having. During the period, July – December 2008, the empirical study was conducted in the Turkish mobile content market which is mentioned in this thesis work. The purpose of the census was to track down a comprehensive part of the mobile content services offer in a specific Turkey. Furthermore, the objective is also to identify the mobile content services and products’ value chain and genuinely comprehend how all players involved in this value chain are linked to one another although this second objective was mostly covered by the interviews and secondary sources researches.
