Alluvioni e calamità naturali : ausilio galleggiante di primo soccorso

One of the biggest problems in the event of a flood is to transfer people and objects in a dry place. Is an obvious fact that people in these cases seek not only to safeguard their lives but to save their animals and even some of their belongings. The first chapter discusses the management of an emergency, which in our specific case concerns the floods, collecting the various interests and concerns of the groups involved, we start from the definition of flooding, without forgetting causes and consequences. In the second part of the thesis we enlist a variety of existing products on the market that can in some way help solve the problems that were highlighted. In this chapter, we also begin to identify the technical characteristics of existing products, analyzing advantages and disadvantages. In this way one begins to see the conclusions that led to the creation of the proposed product: a system (platform) that allows us to easily manage evacuation and first aid to victims, providing a dry place that allows individuals to put in to save themselves and their belongings. This system has the function of assembly with one or other platforms, thereby allowing the creation of a large surface or terrain, large enough to become even a temporary accommodation. The system aims to enable victims to take care of themselves and their loved ones in the period in which they have no other means of subsistence.

Uno dei problemi più evidenti in caso di inondazione è quello di trasferire persone e oggetti in un posto asciutto. E' un fatto ovvio che le persone in questi casi cerchino non solo di salvaguardare le loro vite ma anche di salvare i loro animali e anche alcuni dei loro averi.  Nei primi capitoli viene illustrata la gestione di un'emergenza, che nel nostro caso specifico riguarda le inondazioni,  raccogliendo i diversi interessi e le preoccupazioni dei gruppi coinvolti; partiamo dalla definizione di inondazione, senza dimenticarne cause e conseguenze. Nella seconda parte della tesi si fa un riepilogo dei prodotti esistenti sul mercato che possono in qualche modo aiutare a risolvere i problemi messi in evidenza. In questo capitolo si cominciano inoltre ad identificare le caratteristiche tecniche dei prodotti esistenti, analizzandone vantaggi e svantaggi. In questo modo si cominciano ad intravedere le conclusioni che hanno portato alla creazione del prodotto proposto: un sistema (pedana) che ci consente di gestire con facilità l’evacuazione e il primo ausilio alle vittime, fornendo un terreno asciutto che permette alle singole persone di mettere in salvo loro stesse e i loro averi. Questo sistema ha la funzione di assemblaggio con una o altre pedane, consentendo così la creazione di una superficie ampia, ovvero un terreno abbastanza grande, che possa diventare anche un alloggio provvisorio. Il sistema si propone di consentire alle vittime di prendersi cura di sè stessi e dei propri cari nel lasso di tempo in cui essi non abbiano altri mezzi di sostentamento.
