To share knowledge, learn and create collaboratively. Inspiring from the various existing initiatives in India Revive India aims to create a complete experience for the users and the artists. To help achieve a complete experience the service idea is designed with virtual platform to help people connect and collaborate over the internet and a physical platform that enables people to work together , interact , learn and create new ideas. The official website of Revive India acts as the virtual platform whereas the Creative Labs and the Global Labs act as a physical platform of the service. Both these platforms help create a awareness about the Indian artists and gives the people an opportunity to connect and create new networks. Revive India Creative Labs : The ideas behind the Creative Labs is to help create a physical space where designers, students and tourists could come and interact with the artists and learn the art form. Inspiring from the current trend of creative spaces and collaborative networks, the Creative Labs provide the space, tools , equipments and most importantly the knowledge to the people enabling them to work together with the artists on innovative new design trends. Revive India Global Labs : The Global labs is created with the idea of spreading the art from India all around the world by collaborating with international universities and young student designers. The focus of Revive India is always to create visibility and awareness about the India Art, the Global Labs help manifest the same internationally by conducting artist workshops in universities. Through these workshop young students are informed about India art and artists and are given the opportunity to create their ow design ideas. Most importantly the Global Labs provide an opportunity for more networks and collaborations, especially that between international design students and Indian artists. Revive India Website : The Revive India website allows collaboration through the internet. It allows interaction, sharing of knowledge and design ideas through the virtual world. The website not only acts as an online store for products , patterns and fabrics but also enable people to connect and learn more about the artist and the art. People can trace back their products to the beginning and connect with the designer and the artist. The main focus of the website is to make Revive India transparent and accessible to all. Revive India as a projects aims to revive the traditions of India Textile Art that is depleting with each passing year. The idea is to create a shift from mass production to customized handmade products with better quality fabric, unique design and patterns.
