Major problems of E-Commerce of the Digital Content are the lack of information about the market and the principal suppliers. This work presents the analysis of the market in the Information and Communication Technologies Research Reports Industry and a census of principal suppliers. Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) reports are formal documents that communicate information which has been compiled as a result of an ICT research are transmitting to the final customer as a digital file using and E-Commerce business model. E-Commerce market is the natural channel to sell the reports and is evaluated depending on the business model choosing in the international scenario. A business model strategy is always followed to reach different market segments and to develop competitive advantage in the customer searching so the identification of these strategies is made to evaluate the implications in the E-Commerce Market. Then the ICT market is evaluated including the most common areas. Finally an empirical analysis of the ICT Market Research, the strategies and a supplier’s census is made. A comparison of the results was made using the Osservatori ICT & Management a Market Researcher on ICT. The results show the actual context of the E-Commerce of Digital Content and the position of the Osservatori ICT & Management in this market.
