This project purpose is to create inside the Milan abandoned skyscraper “Torre Galfa” an Antique center. A unique place, that group together, without changing it, the different activities of the antique shops in Milan, and create a new and direct relationship within the city. A new headquarter for the Milan antique market, temporary and permanent exhibitions, including restoration laboratories and antique storehouses, atelier and offices open to the public and to the different commercial activities.
Questo progetto si propone l’obiettivo di creare all’interno del grattacielo abbandonato milanese “Torre Galfa” un polo dell’antiquariato. Una sede unica, funzionale ed attrezzata, per raggruppare, senza sradicarle, le molteplici attività degli antiquari diversamente ubicate in Milano e per creare un loro più diretto rapporto con la città. Una sede nuova per il mercato milanese dell’antiquariato, per esposizioni temporanee e permanenti, singole e collettive, dotata di magazzini e laboratori di controllo e restauro, uffici ed atelier aperti al pubblico ed alle diverse attività commerciali.
