In this research the report of the study for the work package 3 of the ThreVi-2 project is represented. The team of the research was involved in creating the ontology for critical infrastructures assets, functions and services. The aim of this part of ThreVi-2 project is to provide a standard definition for describing the topology of infrastructures and operations within the infrastructures and creating an ontology based on the standard definition. The ontology was shaped for 4 main sectors of infrastructures that are Energy, Transport, Water and telecommunication. In order to deliver the requirements of the project it was necessary to make the proper connections and links between the functions and assets in each of 12 subsectors of the infrastructures. In this report the complete list of standard definitions are provided for readers as well as the graphical representation of the ontology. The aim of the project was to cover the most critical infrastructures of the European countries and use as much as possible the European standards and regulations.
