Cascina Sarmazzano. Recupero e conservazione del sistema cascina ed il nuovo centro per terapie dolci

With this work we want to highlight how important the role of conservation of the rural heritage in order to promulgate the concepts of reuse and promotion of existing assets . In this case , it examined the Cascina Sarmazzano , located in Vizzolo Predabissi in the province of Milan within the district of South Milan Agricultural Park . This work has from the outset been the aim of preserving the pre-existing researching new features to be deployed on the inside, without altering its value rural . Initially, we have examined the problems of urban -related provisions contained in spatial planning instruments , and then analyzed all the parts related to the historical past of the farm and its fields in order to reconstruct all the components that link the evolution of the farm itself relatively the use of their land. Then through cross analysis between the demand required by the territory and the assessment of the compatibility of the places have been outlined the functions to be inserted inside of the building and re-use of its system landscape. La Cascina Sarmazzano has been studied in all its parts and rebuilt through geometric reliefs , textural , and degradation through the reconstruction of the technological details to ensure , at the design stage , the best indications for enhancing the conservation interventions of the parts of the article and at the same time to make improvements with point solutions mediated through the study of technological devices . The engineering structures instead has meant that he put a plan in the works to enhance them , build them up and restore them. You have chosen to point to a design aimed at the preservation and enhancement of existing assets conceives itself not as a limitation for the designer but a plus that stimuli that relationship between past and present with a continuous search to mediate those characters that would otherwise seem irreconcilable

Con il presente lavoro si vuole evidenziare quanto sia importante il ruolo della conservazione del patrimonio rurale al fine di promulgare i concetti di riuso e promozione dei beni esistenti. Nel caso specifico si è analizzata la Cascina Sarmazzano, sita nel comune di Vizzolo Predabissi in provincia di Milano all’interno del distretto del Parco Agricolo Sud di Milano. Questo lavoro ha sin da subito avuto l’obiettivo di salvaguardare le preesistenze ricercando nuove funzioni da dislocare al suo interno, senza snaturarne la sua valenza rurale. Inizialmente sono state esaminate le problematiche urbanistiche legate alle previsioni contenute negli strumenti di pianificazione territoriale, per poi analizzate tutte le parti storiche legate ai trascorsi della cascina e dei suoi campi in modo tale da ricostruire tutte le componenti che legano l’evoluzione della cascina stessa relativamente all’uso delle sue terre. Successivamente attraverso analisi incrociate tra la domanda richiesta dal territorio e le valutazione di compatibilità dei luoghi sono state delineate le funzioni da inserire all’interno del manufatto e del riuso del suo sistema di paesaggio. La Cascina Sarmazzano è stata studiata in tutte le sue parti e ricostruita attraverso rilievi geometrici, materici, del degrado e attraverso la ricostruzione dei dettagli tecnologici per assicurare, in fase di progettazione, le migliori indicazioni per valorizzare gli interventi di conservazione delle parti del manufatto e al contempo per apportare migliorie con soluzioni puntuali mediate attraverso lo studio di accorgimenti tecnologici. Lo studio ingegneristico delle strutture invece ha fatto si che si mettesse in opere un piano per valorizzarle, consolidarle e ripristinarle. Si è scelto di puntare verso una progettazione che miri alla conservazione e alla valorizzazione dei beni esistenti concependo essa stessa non come un limite per il progettista ma un plus che stimoli quel rapporto tra passato e presente con una continua ricerca di mediare quei caratteri che altrimenti sembrerebbero inconciliabili.
