Abstract
The project is proposed as the objective of rethinking and redevelopment of brownfield sites in Bosiva , taking account of the main directives that today affect the way we design and build, including the current global crisis , which dominates the scene for a few years and determines many failures and waivers , the tendency to rispamio energy and construction in accordance with an environmental conscience , the new potential of the world university as far as education and research, especially in new technologies , often at the forefront in today's world and the responsibility for the future as respect to the protection and restoration of natural areas and ecological corridors essential to the conservation of the ecosystem. The project takes the form of a purely technical relational webs between different macro- joined together in space, macrostistema road transport and iron, the macrosystem University and the rent of residences that often is the true engine of the design choices , in fact , the project identifies a period of time in which the income statements and urban design go hand in hand to set up the urban design while controlling the one hand the economic accounts , and a more rational and functional movement dictated by urban design. The development of the project is of a storm because today is unthinkable to build in an area so vast without losing sight at all times of the economic and sustainable to offer the customer the best possible proposal and settle from the beginning in a market segment competitive with other areas of Milan. In summary, the focus of the project is a balanced mix between public and private, low density and high density , private and public mobility , urbanization and public green. Only confronting every moment of planning with the various macro- between them have produced the maximum effort to achieve a synthesis that can meet the parameters required today .File | Dimensione | Formato | |
