Or will it sink into the anonymous mass of fat that is the legacy of our post- industrial food supply?”1 This paper extends a brief research going from 4000 B.C. to the current conditions of the Olive Oil Market, and proposes a Product Service System to propel the sale of High Quality Olive Oil in emerging markets.
Stiamo assistendo a una rinascita dal olio d’oliva o la morte di un settore? È il denaro dalle sovvenzione facendo più male che bene? Come sarebbe il mercato se lo pensiamo dal punto di vista del consumatore, invece dal punto di vista dell’industria? Potrebbe l’olio extra vergine diventare il prossimo fenomeno cibo Premium?
