Efficienza energetica nelle piccole e medie imprese : modelli applicati a tre casi studio

The aim of the following paper is to describe, in a detailed and comprehensive way, the Energy Efficiency activities, carried out within the industrial world of Small and Medium Enterprises. The term Energy Efficiency means a process plant improvement that leads to the same practical effect through the use of the least amount of primary energy as possible. This Master Thesis offers an overall picture of the main elements to be taken into consideration in the process of Energy Efficiency, laying the foundations for defining the methodology to adopt to achieve the aim of saving. We first analyze the normative aspects in the field of Energy Efficiency focusing on the incentives of white certificates. Afterwards the experts in the world of energy efficiency are outlined with the available tools for the industry to achieve the goals of energy savings. Furthermore there is a final case studies prospect of energy efficiency improvements and energy saving valuations with corresponding estimates of savings and cost benefit analysis.

L’obiettivo del seguente elaborato è descrivere in maniera esaustiva l’attività di Efficienza Energetica, svolta all’interno del mondo industriale delle Piccole e Medie Imprese. Col termine di Efficienza Energetica si intende un processo di miglioramento impiantistico che porta al medesimo effetto utile attraverso l’utilizzo di una minore quantità di energia primaria. Si vuole dare un quadro di insieme degli elementi principali da prendere in considerazione nel processo di efficientamento energetico, mettendo le basi per definire la metodologia adottabile per raggiungere l’obiettivo di risparmio. Si analizzeranno dapprima gli aspetti normativi in materia di Efficienza Energetica soffermandosi sugli incentivi dei certificati bianchi. In seguito verranno delineate le figure esperte nel mondo dell’efficienza energetica e gli strumenti a disposizione del settore industriale per raggiungere gli obiettivi di risparmio energetico desiderati. Vengono poi presentati casi studio di interventi effettuati e ipotesi di interventi di risparmio energetico con le relative stime di risparmio e analisi di fattibilità.
