Assuming that the economical value is researched as the only real leverage able to push the implementation of sustainable business models, the objective of this work has been to understand in which way industries can reorganize in order not only to comply with the legislative requirements for the environmental preservation but also to develop principles and models to make it economically beneficial. The analysis has concentrated on the Industrial Ecology paradigm, with the modeling and evaluation of an Eco-Industrial business model in the field of Electrical and Electronic Equipments.

Abstract
