Prevenzione eventi infortunistici nelle attività portuali

It should also be remembered that the training is also feasible as targeted action within specific depth training courses on prevention and safety of the different roles in the company operating the port companies. The non-compliance, adverse events and the study of their danger enhance the work process and thus reduce the risks. The aim is to ensure that the adverse event does not happen again. The objective of this work is in fact to evaluate, propose technological solutions in order to reduce accident events within the port activities. In this thesis have therefore not been analyzed in detail the risks to workers' health has not been as thorough in detail the issue of "dangerous goods", ie the risk associated with the chemical nature of certain goods in the present cycle.

L’obiettivo è quello di trovare possibili soluzioni tecnologiche e non, che possano essere utili per una migliore organizzazione ed un migliore svolgimento dell’attività lavorativa. Oltre quindi alla formazione del personale presente o di lavoratori neoassunti, obbligo previsto dall’art. 6 del D.Lgs. 272/99 e dal D.Lgs. 81/08 e s.m.i. che definiscono contenuti e modalità di erogazione della formazione, risulta necessario, ai fini della salvaguardia della salute e della sicurezza dei lavoratori, attuare idonee procedure operative di sicurezza all’interno del processo di lavoro e valutare se attraverso innovazioni tecnologiche sia possibile ridurre i rischi e, di conseguenza, anche gli infortuni. Va inoltre ricordato che il percorso formativo è altresì proponibile come azione mirata di approfondimento specifico all'interno di percorsi di formazione sulla prevenzione e sicurezza del lavoro dei diversi ruoli operativi aziendali nelle imprese portuali. Le non conformità, gli eventi indesiderati e lo studio delle loro situazioni di pericolo permettono di migliorare il processo lavorativo e quindi di ridurre i rischi. L’obiettivo è far si che l’evento indesiderato non succeda di nuovo. L’obiettivo del presente lavoro è infatti quello di valutare, proporre soluzioni tecnologiche al fine di ridurre eventi infortunistici all’interno delle attività portuali. Nella presente tesi non sono quindi stati analizzati nel dettaglio i rischi per la salute dei lavoratori in quanto non è stata approfondita nel dettaglio la problematica delle “merci pericolose”, ovvero del rischio legato alla natura chimica di determinate merci presenti nei cicli.
