The aim of this thesis is to provide guidelines and establish correlation between quality management and corporate social responsibility in luxury products industry where quality management tools act as an enabler for achieving corporate social responsibility goals and objectives. This thesis undertakes critical reviews of theories, empirical materials, in-depth case study of a specific luxury group and questionnaire evaluating CSR and quality correlation in luxury companies.
