Modellazione e valutazione delle prestazioni di sistemi di de-manufactoring flessibili

The following paper has the task to describe and analyze the functioning of a De-manufacturing cell suitable for the treatment of electronic cards. The work is inspired by considerations, readings and also by comparison with an already existing reality, although it is still in the initial phase of experimentation. The study was conducted with the aid of ITIA-CNR where in June of 2013 was inaugurated a De-manufacturing plant. The dissertation consists of an introductory part of the description of the problem, in order to create the basic information useful to understand the importance of these studies. It was described the facility, both from a structural point of view and from a functional point of wiew in order to introduce the reader in the existing reality. It was analyzed and described the methodology applied, highlighting strengths and weaknesses from time to time presented.

Il seguente lavoro ha il compito di descrivere ed analizzare il funzionamento di una cella di De-manufacturing atta al trattamento di schede elettroniche. Il lavoro trae spunto oltre che da considerazioni e letture anche dal confronto con una realtà già esistente, anche se ancora in fase di iniziale sperimentazione. Lo studio è stato infatti condotto con l’ausilio di ITIA-CNR dove nel giugno del 2013 è stato inaugurato un impianto di questa tipologia. L’elaborato è costituito da una parte introduttiva di descrizione del problema in esame in modo da creare le basi informative utili a capire l’importanza di questi studi. È stato poi descritto l’impianto, sia da un punto di vista strutturale che funzionale, in modo da introdurre il lettore nella realtà esistente in cui è stato svolto il lavoro. Si è quindi analizzata e descritta la metodologia applicata evidenziandone pregi e difetti di volta in volta presentati.
