Abstract
The verification of the Exodus in the safety of the occupants in case of fire in a multi-storey building is associated with the determination of the path of exodus and therefore the time required for evacuation , and with the influence of the propagation of smoke , affecting the estimation of visibility and trends in concentrations of toxic substances in the environment. In this paper, by applying a model fluid dynamics (CFD) combined with a partial-behavioral model of the exodus , which FDS + Evac , we want to show that the evacuation time of a typical multi-storey building ( for office use ) and significantly influenced by the propagation of smoke , which contribute to the boundary conditions related to ventilation ( natural or forced ) by fire safety system.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
