Abstract
A vibration-based SHM strategy has been proposed and applied within the preservation process of historic masonry towers. The combined use of continuous dynamic monitoring with few sensors, automated operational modal analysis and statistical tools to remove the temperature effects from the automatically identified natural frequencies, proved to play a key role in the structural diagnosis and led to the detection of abnormal frequency changes under changing environment.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
