The principal goal of this thesis is to deploy and analyze different aspects as the internal performing, messages exchanged between controllers and, the bandwidth usage of a cluster of OpenDayLight controllers. For this was created a cluster with three instances of the controller, subsequently it was connected a Mininet network with a change in the topology size. One of the objectives was also to provide a cluster with high availability (HA), for this purpose two nodes in the cluster are acting as redundancy in case of failure.
L'obiettivo principale di questa tesi è di distribuire e analizzare diversi aspetti come l'effettuazione interna, messaggi scambiati tra controllori e, il consumo di banda di un gruppo di controllori OpenDayLight. Per questo è stato creato un cluster con tre istanze del controllatore, successivamente é stata collegata una rete Mininet con un cambiamento nella dimensione topologica. Uno degli obiettivi era anche quello di realizzare un cluster con alta disponibilità (HA), a questo scopo due nodi del cluster attuano come ridondanza in caso di guasto.
