Projecting solaris-harvesting the sun and the salt for building a new urban utopia

Situated in the largest salt flats in the world, within the territory of Bolivia, the project deals with the question of urban utopia. The focus is on the potential of resource based settlements within extreme enviroments. In a situation where we literally have tabula rasa in terms of urban context, we must deal with the natural landscape as a main factor in our intervention. This leads to another challenge-how to tackle the immensity of space and its scale regarding the human factor.
