The aim of this thesis is to assess the use of vibrational spectroscopy for the characterization of the molecules involved in transfection. Care has been paid to attempt to work in conditions (i.e. concentrations) close to those employed to transfect cells. The goal is to find the reference bands that can be used to monitor the complexation between the non-viral polymeric vector and DNA.

Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to assess the use of vibrational spectroscopy for the characterization of the molecules involved in transfection. Care has been paid to attempt to work in conditions (i.e. concentrations) close to those employed to transfect cells. The goal is to find the reference bands that can be used to monitor the complexation between the non-viral polymeric vector and DNA.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
