Automation of a process in an aggregate business organization

Few decades back, almost all the processes, whether bank operations, purchasing tickets (travel, cinema, etc) were made manually. All of a sudden, from nowhere there arose the famous word ‘Automation’ which changed the entire world, the entire behaviour of the people and even the way human’s think. Now, automation or computerization as it is famously called is in almost all the fields (education, health care, transportation, space research etc). By the current thesis, I am discussing about Automation of an ‘Aggregate Business’ which I and my colleagues of Dhithi Info serve (P) Ltd, India, did for a company called Arizona Fine Aggregate Business, USA (AZFAB). The main problem faced by AZFAB is the difficulty in finding the right combination of inputs for their equipments. Since the manual operation is more complex, they asked us to develop a solution for their problem. As a software development concern, we proposed a Window’s based application to help their business and solve their problem. This project was designed using Microsoft Dot Net 2005 and MS Access as the Database. The development phase of the project is divided in to four different iterative phases for the deliverable product. Iteration 1: Development of the database Iteration 2: Development of the process and the equipments Iteration 3: Development of material characteristics Iteration 4: Calculation of Process Output The end results can be exported or printed either in Excel or Word or in PDF format. The project is tested manually after each iteration. After extensive testing of the application the application is finally delivered to the Client (AZFAB).

Pochi decenni indietro, quasi tutto il processo, che si tratti di operazioni di banca, l'acquisto dei biglietti (viaggi, cinema, etc) sono state effettuate manualmente. Tutto ad un tratto, dal nulla sorgono 'Automation' la famosa parola che ha cambiato il mondo intero, intero comportamento della gente e anche il modo di pensare umano.Ora, automazione o informatica come è notoriamente chiamato è in quasi tutti i settori (istruzione, sanità, trasporti, ricerca di spazio, ecc). Io sono qui per discutere di automazione di un 'aggregazione Business' che mi insieme ai colleghi di Dhithi Info servire (P) Ltd, India, ha fatto per una società chiamata Arizona Fine Aggregate Business, USA (AZFAB). Il problema principale AZFAB è la difficoltà nel trovare la giusta combinazione di ingressi per le loro attrezzature. Poiché il funzionamento manuale è più complesso, ci hanno chiesto di sviluppare una soluzione al loro problema. Così come una preoccupazione di sviluppo software, abbiamo proposto ricorso fondato una finestra per aiutare i loro affari e risolvere i loro problemi. Questo progetto è stato completato in 5 mesi con un totale di 5 membri di cui solo 3 membri sono attivi attraverso il progetto. Questo progetto è stato realizzato utilizzando Microsoft Dot Net 2005 e MS Access come database. La fase di sviluppo del progetto è diviso in quattro diversi fasi iterativo per il prodotto elaborato. Iterazione1: Sviluppo del database Iterazione2: Sviluppo del processo e le attrezzature Iterazione3: Sviluppo delle caratteristiche dei materiali Iterazione4: calcolo della produzione di processo I risultati finali possono essere esportati o stampati o in Excel o Word o in Formato PDF. Il progetto viene testato manualmente dopo ogni iterazione. Dopo di sperimentazione della domanda La domanda viene finalmente consegnata per il cliente (AZFAB).
