Starting with the 20th century, boutique or design hotels are showing increasing tendency. Hotel clients are looking for smart rooms and visually self-satisfactory different type of concepts while making their decisions. This periods design hotels are composed by, reflecting different concepts to the hotel rooms or by rest orating old buildings for creating 15 to 20 room’s hotels. Aim of this project is, to create a concept boutique hotel that is referring to 7 different region of Turkey. A hotel project, including 7 different regions, is formed by 7 different types of rooms that are designed with respect to the traditional aspects of their regions. The hotel should be placed in Istanbul due to its cosmopolite structure like the boutique hotel and Istanbul is the vitrine of Turkey that is opening to the world. In conclusion, assumption of being center of Turkey is being Istanbul, this boutique hotel includes the characteristics of the 7 different region, interpretation and synthesis of the traditional lines with innovative methods and applications will have 7 types of rooms.
A partire dal 20° secolo, gli alberghi di boutique o di design stanno mostrando una crescente tendenza. I clienti dell’albergo cercano camere innovative ed eleganti e visivamente soddisfacenti da ogni punto di vista, prima di prendere le loro decisioni. In questo periodo i design hotel sono composti di, diversi tipi di camere d'albergo o vecchi edifici restaurati per la creazione di 15-20 camere d’albergo. Lo scopo di questo progetto è, creare un hotel boutique che si riferisce a 7 aree diverse della Turchia. Un progetto alberghiero, che include 7 regioni diverse, è formato da 7 diversi tipi di camere che sono progettati con riferimento agli aspetti tradizionali delle loro regioni. Il progetto della boutique hotel dovrebbe essere creato a Istanbul per la sua struttura cosmopolita e anche perché è la vetrina della Turchia che si apre al mondo. In conclusione, nell'ipotesi di assumere come centro della Turchia Istanbul, questo hotel boutique includerà le caratteristiche delle 7 differenti regioni,un interpretazione e una sintesi delle linee tradizionali con metodi innovativi e applicazioni, e avrà 7 tipologie di camere.
